We are working on a concept of an intelligent, data-driven platform to help businesses identify employees' potential burnout and frustration, predict flight risk, and prevent losing a valuable expert by enhancing retention strategies. The value of the platform lies in integrating AI-powered analytics to gain an upfront understanding that you are about to lose a valuable expert.

• AI agent's role in the project

  We trained an AI agent to help analyze employee data, including performance trends, compensation history, terms of engagement, demographics, and industry benchmarks.

  • AI-powered flight risk signals

    We use an algorithm that identifies hidden patterns and risk signals that may suggest an employee is considering leaving the company.

  • Real-time insights

    The system monitors the workforce in the background and alerts managers when it detects early signs of employee flight risk.

    The valuable feature of an AI agent is that it offers not just alerts but working suggestions based on patterns (e.g., “schedule a 1:1,” “review compensation,” “consider a training path”).
