Project Manager (Poland)

We are looking for a Project Manager, who will lead our development teams and help our clients receive high-quality software development services.

The project is an already-existing business that offers consulting services in pricing policies. The goal is to build a system that represents the dashboard insights and findings that were obtained during the consulting stage for the business growth and margins maximization.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning releases and maintaining Scrum methodology (daily meetings, sprint plannings, reviews, retrospectives);
  • Coordinate development team, manage team workload;
  • Taking ownership to drive issues to resolution;
  • Proactive communication with a Customer and a team;
  • Prepare project reports, develop and maintain project documentation;
  • Drive process improvement — identify inefficiencies in the processes, suggest and deliver improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as IT Project Manager;
  • Team player & Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent planning & delivery skills;
  • Experience with Jira (or similar tool);
  • Experience in defining and documenting requirements;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • High self-motivation and the ability to motivate others;
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills;
  • High level of responsibility;
  • Upper-intermediate English level (verbal and written).
